What’s new at mParticle, May 2018
To serve our customers in a rapidly-changing environment, mParticle is constantly expanding its ecosystem with new partners and integrations. These are the integrations we added in May 2018.
New event and audiences integrations
Moloco turns user data into ad performance, enabling mobile businesses to execute marketing and advertising monetization programs in-house with no upfront cost. The platform offers solutions for large-scale mobile platforms, app publishers, and ad networks including acquisition and re engagement tools with fraud analysis.
We have two new integrations with Moloco, an event and an audience integration, which allow marketers to stream raw data directly from mobile apps to Moloco’s prediction engine to optimize campaign performance. Marketers can also build and send custom audience segments of their most valuable users from mParticle to Moloco’s ad platform to find similar users with lookalike audiences.
New event integrations
ClearBrain uses machine learning to help companies identify which customers are most likely to upgrade or churn. It learns from users’ past actions who is most likely to perform a future action and build and retarget lookalikes.
This integration allows brands to connect customer data collected across all digital properties to ClearBrain’s platform without any custom development. ClearBrain then deploys machine learning to analyze how likely users are to perform a specific action, generates predictive lookalike audiences, and syncs them with Facebook and other marketing automation tools to retarget high propensity users.
SmarterHQ, an intelligent behavioral marketing platform, helps brands leverage insights to change the way they interact with their customers. The platform uses data to trigger email and website campaigns with minimal effort to deliver the kind of personalized experience that consumers expect of top-notch retail brands.
This integration allows brands to connect behavioral and transactional data housed in mParticle to SmarterHQ’s marketing platform within minutes. Marketers can then trigger personalized messages and recommendations in real-time based on unique behaviors to keep customers engaged and focused on completing the purchase.
