A note on methodology: All of the findings are based on information compiled by Mighty Signal’s algorithms, which scan and analyze the code publicly available in client-side SDKs. To preserve confidentiality, we excluded from the analysis eCommerce apps such as Gilt, Lily Pulitzer, and Seat Geek, which employ mParticle as their data layer to manage connections to third-party services server-to-server.
