mParticle joins Pinterest’s Marketing Partners program to help brands connect mobile data to optimize Pinterest campaigns
NEW YORK, NY November 09, 2016 – mParticle, the multi-screen customer data platform, today announced it has partnered with Pinterest as part of its Marketing Partners program, enabling mutual clients to drive more effective campaigns through the use of custom audience targeting.
The Partners program provides a solution for companies to onboard their app, web, and other internal data into Pinterest via approved partners such as mParticle to create targeted campaign lists and actalike audiences. The integration of Pinterest into the mParticle platform follows similar integrations with Facebook, Twitter, and Google, as well as marketing clouds such as Adobe, Oracle, and Salesforce.
“mParticle has become the leading data solution for brands that think mobile-first and multi-screen,” said Michael Katz, CEO and co-founder of mParticle. “Successful data execution requires a solution that goes beyond raw event streaming and also connects to powerful Audience APIs. mParticle’s latest integration with Pinterest provides brands with another high-quality destination where they can engage with their users to drive engagement and monetization.”
mParticle enables brands to automate data connections across previously siloed paid advertising and marketing platforms, greatly improving speed, performance, and cost from alternative solutions. mParticle’s Audience Builder allows marketers to create audience lists based on event, user, and device-level data and sync those lists in real-time across channels, screens, and partners.
“Since we originally launched the MDP program, both Pinterest and our marketing partner ecosystem have grown immensely. Pinterest’s user base has grown over 50 percent, and our world-class partners have played an instrumental role helping brands connect with their audience,” said Michael Akkerman, Head of the Marketing Partners program at Pinterest. “We’re excited to launch our new Marketing Partners program to provide even more support to advertisers who use Pinterest to achieve their business objectives. Our new specialties and expanded partner ecosystem will ensure that all marketers are able to reach new heights of success and new growth on Pinterest.”
