Introducing the new Certified Solutions Partner Program (beta)
Today, mParticle is excited to announce the beta launch of our new Certified Solutions Partner Program and portal, where partners can access certification tracks and educational materials, create co-branded sales and marketing collateral, refer opportunities, and request co-marketing activities, as well as earn and redeem Partner Growth Funds.
At its foundation, mParticle is a platform of connectivity. Our mission is to simplify the flow of customer data between systems and applications, helping our customers break down data silos and deliver great customer experiences. The value of mParticle lies not only in the platform we provide but also in the ecosystem that we support.
Building and maintaining that ecosystem is one of the most important aspects of our business. From launching new integrations, to collaborating on strategic projects, to developing go-to-market materials, our work with technology and solutions partners is essential to our ability to help brands build creative, results-oriented solutions.
To that end, we are excited to announce the beta launch of the mParticle Partner Portal. The Partner Portal will provide a single platform for technology and solutions partners to, up-leveling our current partner engagement capabilities and allowing us to onboard, enable, certify and engage more partners more effectively.
Data is a team sport. Ensuring that teams can successfully implement customer data infrastructure requires more than just access to the platform but a commitment to partnership and change management up and down the stack. Deeper partnerships, better results
Beyond easier access to collaborative sales and marketing assets, individual and company-level certifications will enable certified partners to grow and leverage our partnership and provide greater value to mutual customers.
The mParticle Partner Portal is a direct extension of mParticle’s tremendous growth over the past few years. Toni Rothpletz, Director of Partnerships at Split, explains that the new mParticle Partner Portal will help her team better streamline communication and collaboration. “The mP Portal will be our go-to hub for lead and opportunity management, training and certification, for requesting partner growth funds (PGF management), and to quickly access materials and resources crucial for co-selling and co-marketing activities.”
She adds, “mParticle has always been a partner-centric organization and we believe this tool will further empower Split to drive greater revenue, maximize deal flow and alignment, increase productivity, and ultimately amplify our engagement and collaboration with mParticle."
As we continue to expand our reach domestically and internationally, we look forward to further streamlining our capacity to go to market with partners through the revamped partner program.
Glenn Vanderlinden, Strategy Lead at Human37一a Brussels-based consulting firm一plans to use the mParticle Partner Portal as their “one-stop shop for the collaboration between Human37 and mParticle,” where they can “train their teams, manage certifications, flag and follow-up on opportunities and quickly access and customize co-branded collateral."
The portal will evolve as mParticle continues to lead the innovation of customer data infrastructure, supporting ongoing growth in the industry and maximizing the value of every partner relationship.
