That’s why we’re excited about mParticle’s newest integration with Apptentive, a company focused on help companies “humanize” their app experience. With Apptentive, brands can engage in two-way conversations with customers, right within the app, in a variety of really smart, intelligent and scaleable ways.

Using the mParticle integration, app providers are now able to do more and move faster with Apptentive while maintaining even greater levels of security and control over the data.

Getting started is easy because Apptentive’s “codeless integration” with mParticle means mobile marketers and product managers can now send events to Apptentive with merely a flip of the switch.  From there, customers can access the Apptentive product suite to send ratings prompts, survey their customers for product information, use Message Center for customer service, send notes to drive positive outcomes, and encourage their customers to upgrade to the latest version of their app. As always, mParticle customers have full control over what event data they’d like to pass through to Apptentive via mParticle’s user interface.
