Approaching 60 days since we announced our Series A, we wanted to take a quick minute and share some exciting updates!
First, we have officially opened our SF office. Located at 2nd and Mission, it will be home to our rapidly expanding team which includes several new hires all with incredible industry experience.
Second, we’re thrilled to announce David Spitz as our new CMO! David is a tech executive with over 15 years experience working at great companies such as WPP, RebelMouse and Daily Mail. He joins our executive team and will oversee our brand-building and demand generation activities. He will be a strong advocate for all of our customers within the mParticle organization. I’ve known David since his days leading data across WPP’s portfolio of CRM, analytics and media companies and could not think of a better ambassador to the marketing community. With David on board, you can expect a lot more insights and best practices around mobile data from us in the weeks and months ahead.
Last bit of news is that – in the spirit of mobility – mParticle’s taking the show on the road. We’ve teamed with Branch and Grow.co to sponsor a series of mobile growth meetups (see the latest schedule here) and are the premier sponsor of Grow.co’s signature event in Las Vegas, Mobile Apps Unlocked, May 4-5. We’ve also teamed with VentureBeat on a discussion series on mobile data strategy. The first of these is slated to be held in San Francisco March 24; you can sign up to join us here. We’ll also be coming to Denver, Boston, Washington DC, Vancouver, London, Berlin and more very soon.
This is just the beginning! The app economy continues to flourish but there are still lots of data challenges that lie ahead. Expect to hear more great things from us in the near future and we look forward to hearing from you.
