Michael Katz, co-founder & CEO of mParticle

Michael Katz is the co-founder and CEO of mParticle, a customer data infrastructure company. Along with his brother Andrew, he created mParticle to help make business personal. Prior to founding mParticle, Katz co-founded and was the CEO of interclick, an advertising technology company, where he led the company through its purchase by Yahoo! for $270 million in 2011. After interclick was acquired, he continued on as the vice president of optimization & analytics. Prior, Michael began his career as an analyst at Accenture and ZEFER. He attended Syracuse University and received degrees in Economics and Finance. He is an advocate for animal wellbeing and you can find him volunteering at the Southampton Animal Shelter. Katz lives in Manhattan, and splits time between NYC and Southampton.

Rashel Shehata, Director of Product Development

Rashel Shehata is a Director of Product Management at mParticle. Over the last 6 years at mParticle Rashel has been leading data driven personalization effort. Launching multiple products to help brands improve their customer engagement and offer enhanced, contextual and intelligent communications to their clients. Rashel has a wealth of experiences in variety of roles and industries; product management, software development, management consulting, and complex system integration solution architecture. Outside of work, Rashel loves rediscovering the world with her new and demanding adventure partner, her son.

Jonathan Senin, Senior Product Marketing Manager

Jonathan Senin is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at mParticle for Data-Driven Personalization. With 6 years of experience in personalization and martech at organizations like Dynamic Yield and ManyChat, Jonathan loves mParticle’s data-first approach to customer experiences. Outside of work, Jonathan loves to play tennis and play with his dog Luna.
