Announcing the Pathways Partner Program and Partner Portal

mParticle is excited to announce our new Pathways Partner Program and Partner Portal, which will allow mParticle partners to access platform enablement and certification, co-marketing initiatives, co-branded collateral creations, and opportunity referrals in a central system.

mParticle’s primary goal for the last six years has been to help brands create better customer experiences by simplifying data connectivity across the tech stack. This mission would not be possible without the support of our partners: our technology partners provide the data sources and endpoints for the connections we power, and our solutions partners enable our clients to execute bold new data strategies.

To that end, we are excited to announce mParticle Pathways, our new Partner Program, designed specifically to help technology and solutions partners leverage mParticle to increase the value they already provide to their customer base. mParticle’s Pathways Program is focused on providing our partner ecosystem with training and enablement, co-sales, and co-marketing initiatives at scale.

Central to the Pathways Program, we’ve also launched our new Partner Portal一a single platform that technology and solutions partners can use to expand their mParticle knowledge and capabilities, ultimately making it easier to leverage mParticle to deliver incremental value to their own customers.

Within the Portal, partners will be able to:

  • Earn credit for customers they onboard to mParticle in the form of payouts or partner growth funds
  • Access mParticle enablement materials
  • Co-brand mParticle collateral
  • Request co-marketing and other GTM activities
  • Earn individual- and company-level mParticle certifications

As Adit referenced, the martech landscape is becoming increasingly complex. For this reason, Pathways will also recognize the partners who develop innovative approaches to driving customer growth and delivering personalized, real-time user experiences. As partners complete activities in the portal, they’ll be able to achieve Associate, Expert, and Master status within the Pathways Program.

The mParticle Pathways Program and Partner Portal are a direct extension of mParticle’s tremendous growth over the past few years. Toni Rothpletz, Director of Partnerships at Split, explains that the Partner Portal will increase her team’s communication and collaboration. “mParticle has always been a partner-centric organization and we believe this go-to hub will further empower Split to drive greater revenue, maximize deal flow and alignment, increase productivity, and ultimately amplify our engagement and collaboration with mParticle."

We’ve already seen the potential for streamlining partner activity with our beta launch of the Partner Portal this past summer. In a few short months, the Portal has grown to 81 active partners and 144 active users, with 27 individuals already having passed certification exams. As mParticle continues to lead the innovation of customer data infrastructure and support ongoing growth in the industry, we feel the Pathways Program and Partner Portal will maximize the value of every partner relationship.
