Melissa Benua — A woman who is a problem solver

mParticle's Senior Engineering Manager, Melissa Benua, appeared on Woman Who Change Tech to discuss how she's integrated motherhood into her life, working with male-dominated teams and her creative problem solving ability that enables her to balance these difficult situations.

Melissa has a B.S. in computer science and a masters in systems engineering, she has worked notable companies such as Boeing, Microsoft, and Playfab. Her work has spanned, at times simultaneously, every aspect of the software development lifecycle and her primary goal is to always be challenged and learn new skills to solve increasingly complex problems. You will hear about how Melissa has integrated motherhood into her life, works mostly with male-dominated teams, and about her creative problem solving to gain balance with both of these situations.
