mParticle announces Accelerator program to provide startups access to its enterprise-grade platform
New mParticle initiative empowers tomorrow’s leading brands through the free use of the same APIs utilized by iconic brands, such as Starbucks, Spotify, Airbnb, and others.
NEW YORK, April 22, 2019 — mParticle, the leading Customer Data Platform (CDP) for multi-channel brands, today announced that it will be providing complimentary access to its category-defining platform for eligible consumer brands of all sizes.
Today’s businesses are seeking to deliver more impactful customer experiences through the use of data, however, many companies lack the appropriate data infrastructure or strategy needed to support it. This helps explain why, according to a McKinsey & Company survey, half of responding executives are unsatisfied with the effectiveness of their analytics programs.
This problem is particularly acute for startups, which lack the resources to invest in long-term analytics initiatives. But as companies reach a certain size and stage, not having the proper data infrastructure and strategy in place can result in disjointed customer experiences, unmet expectations and significant operational overhead. Because of this, it is critical that today’s startups build their customer experience (CX) on top of a stable, secure data foundation.
mParticle’s newly announced Accelerator program aims to bring the best-in-class data infrastructure to today’s startups that will emerge as tomorrow’s enterprise brands. By democratizing access to the mParticle platform, this expanded approach will eliminate two significant barriers to building a best-in-breed data foundation from day one: Cost and accessibility.
