mParticle raises $35 million and launches industry-first identity management suite

With the new investment and product launch, mParticle enables consumer-facing brands to realize CRM's full potential in an always-on, multi-screen world.

I’m excited to share that mParticle has raised $35 million in Series C funding, led by Harmony Partners with participation from our previous investors Social Capital and Bain Capital Ventures. The new funding will further our mission of empowering brands to simplify data integrations and orchestrate customer experiences in the multi-screen era. You can read the full press release here and check out Business Insider’s coverage here.

Unifying customer identity information across diverse data sources has always been at the center of what we do. And we’ve been heads down for the past 9 months building our next generation identity offering, IDSync, which we’re also announcing today. IDSync is the first identity solution of its kind, enabling companies to fine-tune identity management and resolution logic to meet the unique needs of their businesses.

I couldn’t be more proud of the team, and we couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds. On behalf of all of us here at mParticle, we are humbled to have the opportunity to work with such incredible customers, investors, and partners. Thank you for your support!
