To serve our customers in a rapidly-changing environment, mParticle is committed to constantly improving upon its partner ecosystem by adding new partners and adding features to existing integrations all the time. Here’s a roundup of the top integrations added in February 2018:

New event integrations

Monetate

Monetate provides best-in-class solutions for eCommerce optimization and personalization. The Monetate Intelligent Personalization Engine™ and Monetate Test & Segment™ products analyze and select the best experience for each individual from the options provided to increase engagement, loyalty, and purchases.

The more data you have on a customer, the better Monetate’s machine learning model can work to provide the most relevant customer experiences. Our new integration allows brands to seamlessly connect customer behaviors such as email opens, clicks, and purchases to Monetate’s personalization engine to make better content, creative, or product recommendations for each individual customer—in under 20 milliseconds.

Amazon Kinesis Firehose

Amazon Kinesis Firehose makes it easy to collect, process, and analyze real-time streaming data for timely insights. The Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose is the easiest way to ingest real-time data including video, audio, and application logs, to name a few, and load them to AWS data stores.

This new integration allows brands to onboard their customer data into Amazon’s data infrastructure including Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Elasticsearch Service, Kinesis Data Analytics, and Splunk. Brands can then use their existing business intelligence tools and dashboards to analyze their data in real time.

New audience integrations

StartApp

StartApp is a mobile ad platform that delivers targeted, personalized advertising to individuals who download, use, or interact with an app. StartApp maximizes the eCPM for publishers by providing uniquely designed, highly-targeted ads that fit seamlessly into their apps and provides advertisers with a network of 1 billion users.

This new audience integration allows brands to connect custom audience segments to StartApp’s “Brains and Beauty” ad platform in a few clicks to ensure campaigns are reaching the right people. No more exporting and uploading files and manually building lists!

New feed integrations

Branch

Branch helps more than 26,000 brands increase mobile growth, conversion, retention, and engagement through deep linking, user routing, and personalized app experiences. They monitor attribution for both paid and organic channels and help brands gain insight into which product features and marketing efforts have been most effective.

With this most recent feed integration, brands can stream custom campaign attribution insights including app installs from Branch to mParticle. Via mParticle, they can distribute this data to other tools in their stack, including analytics tools or personalization engines for analysis or real-time optimization, without having to develop and maintain one-off connections.
